Weekly episodes that unpack the steps behind building a life that honours your unique neurodivergence

Therapy After Hours combines Mim’s personal experiences as a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult with the professional, having worked with neurodivergent individuals and couples for over 6 years.

On the podcast, Mim opens up about moving country, running a business, dating, making new friends and supporting herself through change, transitions and uncertainty.

She shares de-identified case studies of common ADHD and autistic experiences, such as navigating miscommunications, rejection sensitivity, self-doubt, procrastination, unmasking and identifying our own feelings, needs and values.

In her day job, Mim is an IICT-accredited Neuroaffirming Relationship Therapist and Sex and Intimacy Coach. In this podcast, Mim is a regular human. Therapy After Hours is a resource and not a replacement for 1:1 support.

Mim currently lives in Canada where she is running her private practice online, seeing clients from all around the world, while also attempting a career in standup comedy.
